Official Club Statement
Radcliffe Town Football Club proudly came together this weekend, with all teams across the club observing a solemn minute’s silence before their fixtures to mark Remembrance Sunday.
From our youngest players to the senior sides, every team paused to reflect and pay tribute to the courageous servicemen and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
The act of remembrance took place ahead of all matches, allowing players, coaches, parents, and supporters to collectively honour the fallen and stand in unity with the national commemoration.
A spokesperson for the club said:
"It is hugely important that we remember and respect those who served, and it was moving to see every age group across Radcliffe Town observe the silence with such maturity and reverence. We are proud of all our players for representing the club with such dignity this weekend."
We Will Remember Them. Lest We Forget.
